Kind of a scary picture Harry. Reminds me of some kind of demon.

Hello All

That is a nice image of a face and body

Takes up the total image.

star cluster M4, visible just below and right of center. The wide view spans about 6 degrees on the sky.
Amazing how this cluster peeks out from behind Rho Ophiochi just enough to be clearly seen. A few degrees and M4 may not have been discovered.

I see a couple of different faces. The most menacing looking by far though is situated as a full body style apparition. The Blue reflection nebula at center top is the head with shining blue eyes. The dramatic dust lanes traversing from the bottom of the nebula upwards and outwards would be like a collar on a cape (Dracula style). And the globular cluster in the middle is positioned at the heart point.

Interesting

Hello Willsos

Re http://antwrp.gsfc.nasa.gov/apod/ap060718.html

Is that the face on the middle far right.

Looks like he has goggles on. Probably because its so icy up there.

I would not have seen this unless you spoke of it.
