Oh, I remember getting up at 3 a.m. to see Hyakutake when I was in high school. My first comet! :)

Captured on May 2 its greenish [url=https://apod.nasa.gov/apod/ap181115.html]coma[/url] was about 6 light-minutes from Earth. The pretty background starfield lies near the border of the constellations Cetus and Aquarius. This comet SWAN was discovered at home by [url=https://www.abc.net.au/news/2020-05-02/coronavirus-restrictions-lead-to-victorian-man-discovering-comet/12181100]Australian amateur Michael Mattiazzo[/url] by checking images from the Sun-staring [url=https://www.nasa.gov/mission_pages/soho/index.html]SOHO spacecraft's[/url] SWAN (Solar Wind ANisotropies) camera.
