I like the 2 (3) red stars directly between the last 2. it appears to be a possible trinary system consisting of 2 larger red stars and a possible brown dwarf between the two. it is most visible in the larger image.

It's easier if you click the picture to get the full size one, but Messier 51 is clearly visible as a fuzz on the shot, "above" and just "right" of Alkaid, (the furthest right star).
