One question: what does this sentence, The nebula's dramatic stellar duo consists of a hot white dwarf star and cool, pulsating red giant star shedding outer layers that fall onto the smaller, much hotter companion. mean? Do both of the stars in the binary system shed layers ...

Why does it appear like there is a 'bubble' around Alnilam..? Is it possibly a 'side effect' of processing? Or perhaps it's noticeable in other images of that star?

I've seen what I thought were three 'rainbows in a row' before, but then figured my eyes must be playing tricks on me. Very happy to see it has a name, and that it is an actual thing! So cool!!

I have a question: in several places, it looks as though there is smoke coming from the top of the mountain. Are the people up there burning bonfire(-type) things? Or is the smoke coming from the volcano itself?

Where are the planes? Ann Hi Ann, they are very tiny, short straight lines, and very near the horizon. I had to look at the enlarged image to find them, and even then it took a few minutes. I agree that the three short streaks near the horizon are airplanes. However, I think there is just one meteo...
