Well as long as it happends almost never, then ok, but I come here to see a picture, not spend an hour on video. They could just have posted a screenshot from nasa tv and a link to it instead. That would have been way better. It would keep it pictures and be as good as some of the pictures anyway. c...

I'd prefer that there'd never be videos on APOD. Only pictures.

Today, may 29th 2006, there is a videoclip instead of a picture. I prefer that that does not happend again. It's completely inappropriate. It's called Astronomy Picture Of the Day, so please keep it pictures.
