Why Doesn't The Asterisk* Have A Favicon?

I'm looking at all of the open tabs in my browser. Everyone has a favicon. Even APOD has a favicon. But the Asterisk* has a generic dog-eared page symbol. You can use this one if you like. It took me 5 minutes to build and ship it. No charge. http://j3000.com/x/apod/asterisk/favicon.ico Some browser...

Re: Dark Flow

Ah, but the Asterisk* is painted on the windward side of the house. If you defenestrate your logic here, it blows right back in on you. Throw it out the leeward side where soft winds may carry it to a happy resting place.

Initially warm, then, I guess. But cold soon afterward. If it freezes before hitting the ground, it cracks with a resounding "planck!" - hence the concept of planck time.

I respect the nerve of anyone who would intentionally place their own name directly in the line of fire of the theorificium venti down under the above illustration. Watch out for energetically wasteful turbulent flow.

This one (3104x2058) is too blurry to use, but I like it anyway for the plane transiting the sun: http://i.pbase.com/u44/tommytong1972/upload/28377673.83420007.jpg This one (2850x2850) is more detailed, maybe not enough for you, but I like it anyway for the ISS and shuttle transiting the sun: http:/...

I think we will see them radically changing our understanding in next few days. And I think the key to that is deeper understanding of jets. All I see is a cross-eyed face with a side order of plasma on the brain. --- A long while back I read that planetary orbits around multiple star systems are not likely to be stable. The dark matter/energy that is hidden from us found in compact objects throughout the universe can be explained by researching their properties. Do you put your questioning on a par with Hubble's as if you are an expert who can argue the subject from a...

As usual, AWESOME. But where did the white arrow come from on the left side of the pic of M83? That was the second thing I noticed, found in the white gaseous area on the left of the screen. What is it pointing to? Why is it there? :?: Just highly curious. :D Sorry, I see nothing on the left. But I...
