So to aid the ...

But you guys use them everywhere and you've still dodged the question of why not they are commas and not any other form of punctuation. It is obvious what they were intended to do in this case but that's not really what I want to know. Anyway, I'm going to be calling the comma protection agency. It'...

What? Hey now, I wasn't referring to you when I was writing that at all . I was just saying that not all ideas that are unconventional are good or correct, that's all. I don't mean it as an attack on you or anything you said. I hope you did not take it that way. And I do apologize for creating such ...

As I said, I am not an astronomer. I am a mechanical engineer with more than 30 years of experience in my profession. In that time I have found that when a possible solution that lies outside CURRENT ACCEPTED practice and knowledge, it is most often greeted with curt dismissal and outright derision...

Might be shopped for color and contrast levels (I do see a sharpening filter for sure) but I imagine the photo itself is quite real. The sky isn't really hazy, those clouds are just really diffuse. You can see the light bending all around the moon which pretty clearly which indicates it was definite...

jimmy: Traffic patterns really have nothing to do with seismic activity. If that were true, we would have earthquakes every morning and evening as commuters traveled to and from work in various places where there are more people during the day than there are the night... think of a large city with s...

The new phpbb as far as I know doesn't have any kind of plugins type feature. Phpbb has always been all about modding rather than plugins. I know that things like adding new profile fields were added along with some other handy admin features and the ability to add custom BBCode. I guess you could w...

And the reason the thumbnails of it are like that is probably because someone ran auto-levels or auto-contrast on the thumbnail because the stars would otherwi...

It's possible, just not without dynamic pages. The way I understand it now each time there is a new APOD, 2 new html files are added manually and then the archive list is updated manually. Or, perhaps it is automated in some way but in any case once the html page is there, it's very hard to make any...
