Hi everyone, Not sure if it's just me but I have problems using the Next and Back arrows when I'm viewing APOD on my mobile phone - the > and < symbols are just too small for my fat fingers... Would it be possible to add the words NEXT & BACK so that it's easier to select them? tmp-cam-966800270...

AFAIK, the upward strike starts when one of the downward strikes reaches the ground; (this can be clearly seen at 0:07) rather than "suddenly appearing positive spike moving up from the ground" as in the description.

Amazing! "Titan is about 2.3 million kilometers from Cassini". Its hard to imagine a million kilometers. OK a million pounds, or dollars, is easy to imagine (!), but not kilometers... Have to congratulate all at NASA and especially the APODians... Many thanks for sharing these images.

I think they mean: One is taken with a telescope (Hubble etc.), one with a microscope (no names, sorry!).

It just goes to show what an amazing world we live in!

Well I'm amazed that APOD got so much flak for publishing this QR code... Maybe I'm the only one here who loves them and straight away got my smartphone (!) focused on the screen and realised that I could follow APOD on it instead of making my laptop busy.
