I don't think it was 'camera shake'. A deviation on the order of arc-seconds would show up in the stars, especially in the inset. My first question would be: Which end is the tail? Upon close examination of the image, one will see that there are NOT two meteors, as some have mentioned, but that the "larger" one is an inset magnification of the "smaller". Now, to my thinking, the shape of the trail indicates that the meteor was traveling from left to right, ...
