But for those who prefer a starless Elephant's Trunk, I'll just switch off the star layer for them. It's just like turning off the lights...literally.

Amen, Ann. Starless images look like faces without eyebrows to me. They're just so unnatural looking, especially given that nebulae like Elephant's Trunk are all about star creation.
