Nice era of discovery to be living in. One hour of " How the Universe Works " an Mercury hit the Earth and Thea did the same. What is next ? A red convertible in space ?

If I buy an IR lens for a NIKON d3300, woul I be able to see anything thru the viewfinder ? My eyes surely cannot see infrared.Waste of money ?

I just saw a ocumentary on the F4 Phantom an it was revealed this airplane was use to chase rockets , an it reached 68000 feet. Is it possible to view these movies ??

if a sattelite was placed on the midnight side of the Earth, at what distance would it have to pace the Earth and suffer a total solar eclipse ? That would make the sky dark where it is always too bright to observe the stars on that hemisphere, woul it not ?
