Background to the location of the Torre del Puerco, are Jupiter, Venus, Moon and Mercury. The latter in the orange stripe on the horizon.
This place witnessed the Battle of Chiclana and La Barrosa, according to the chronicles. In March 1811, faced Spanish troops and allies, the French army was besieging the city of Cadiz. Which were quartered in the house of Pino, the other end of the beach of La Barrosa.
