Background to the location of the Torre del Puerco, are Jupiter, Venus, Moon and Mercury. The latter in the orange stripe on the horizon.
This place witnessed the Battle of Chiclana and La Barrosa, according to the chronicles. In March 1811, faced Spanish troops and allies, the French army was besieging the city of Cadiz. Which were quartered in the house of Pino, the other end of the beach of La Barrosa.

please find attached two images of the Moon, Venus and Jupiter conjunction.
The first image, taken on February 25, 2012, shows the trio shining over the ruins of the medieval Avigliana Castle, located some 25 km from Turin (Italy).

The second image, taken on February 26, 2012, shows the celestial bodies over the St. Vito church, overlooking the city of Turin (Italy). In the background is visible the silhouette of the Alps.
