Weird shaped cloud in Uruguayan sky

Greetings from Uruguay!!
This morning we had an specially hot day, and near to the midday appeared this weird rainbow near the sun.

I suppose it's related to high level of humidity and evaporation in the air, but it was quite a surprising sight. Any clues?

Iridescence or corona fragments.
A closed mouth gathers no foot.
