Edit: Obviously NASA liked the shuttle picture, too. It is now a Featured Image and a Image of the Day at NASA.

I like this one better. There is less saturation and the texture of the clouds on the Earth contrasts nicely with the rest of the image.

I like the light in 1st one and details in 2nd...

too much work to combine them flawlessly, however

they need hdr camera
