bystander, when i click on European Space Agency Education Office i get "The URL you are looking for is not available any more"
but, couple of years ago one of teachers told us about a series of astronomical exercises provided by ESA & ESO; here is the link. i found them very useful.

do you know of any website for Astronomical 3D Images?

Thanks, Amir. If anybody finds a broken link, let me know and I will attempt to fix it.
The new link for ESA Education is http://www.esa.int/SPECIALS/Education/.

Perhaps The World at Night (TWAN) website is missed in this list. TWAN is now one of the most popular online sources for night sky photos. http://www.twanight.org
