We've spoken before, in hushed tones, of that lurking freak at the very center of our Galaxy, Sagittarius A*. This monster that keeps wild stars dancing, dancing, in its gravitational thrall. How it patiently lies in wait for the unsuspecting wayfarer. Until, all at once, a scream pierces that darkest night. What could it be? A star torn apart? An entire solar system, planets and all, dragged out of the Universe entirely, never to be heard from again? Unknown, the visible death scream from this premature burial travels the inhuman vastness of space itself for thousands and thousands of years. Until it was seen by a solitary witness: NuSTAR.
