I was delighted to see a post from a beloved member, MargaritaMc, who has been missing from Starship Asterisk* for a long time. I hurried to answer Margarita's post, but by then it had already been removed, as I saw when I refreshed the page!
Margarita, please come back! There are many here who miss you. Or if, for whatever reasons, your life is better without Starship Asterisk*, take care of yourself, find pleasure in what you do, and remember that you were an esteemed and beloved member of this astronomy forum!

Yeah; Ann! There are several Whose posts I miss; especially Emc; BMAONE23; and Beyond; + a few from earlier times!

Realizing that she was over qualified Elizabeth Warren bowed out of the race.

Owlice retired from her job and she now travels to far away places, goes to astronomy conferences to talk about ASCL, takes good care of her kitties, and even has her own office at the University of Maryland. She is still good friends with the APOD editors, and she still manages the APOD mirror sites. She's on Twitter as @owlice and @asclnet.
