And - proving once again that one should always take a second - at the very least . . . and more like a hundred and second - look at such beauty, the WISE pic kinda looks like a sunlit Kokopelli.

That WISE pic looks like a fiery witch riding a broom.

Of course, that is as seen by my eyes, which are nowhere near 20/20.

I see at top of red a T-rex looking up, with a large bird starting to fold its wings behind t-rex's head.
there is a spiky dark flower near center of the great red basket.
(below that, on the inner rim of the basket you can see a tiny priestess with her hair behind head holding up her hands (and a small bowl?) in a blessing position, she's looking toward the t-rex; a larger person is behind her is wearing a hefty crown. Everything else is too mushy to call...

It's interesting to see in the new images section of Rolf's website the difference between the image in 'real colours' (as in the APOD version) and the Hubble-Palette colours version there (those two images in that section are stated to show NGC 7822, which I assume is a mistake). It's a very nice image of NGC 7380. :)

Wizard Nebula will life few years,
But the stars will life many years more
More that our Sun

OK, Hmm.

I hope that this is just coincidental. I submitted the following on Oct 31 by email as a possible APOD.
Never got a reply (of course, that is not unusual).

In the email I mentioned that APOD had never used this nebula before.

Today I not only see another image of the aforementioned nebula, but also a discussion of shapes.

I am new to this board but have loved APOD all the way back to 1996..just wanted to say hello. :D I see the Wizard, and what looks like a Phoenix right above and behind him. Love this pic.
