"Cosmic Wheels"
This art was included in an Epic Records album by Donovan in 1973. Title was Cosmic Wheels.
I colored it in with crayons back in the day. Ten songs. Most very memorable. One galactic one on side two is called "The Intergalactic Laxative".
Check it out!

That is truly a beautiful color scheme Johnny. I think I want to save it!
There are other larger ones - perhaps even better colored ones - at https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Cate ... on_Woodcut

The right title for the picture is "Our Physical & Spiritual World". It's obvious that the artist drew the physical universe & the spiritual universe.

Why not use the original caption as a springboard?

"A missionary of the Middle Ages tells that he had found the point where the sky and the Earth touch" ("Un missionnaire du Moyen Âge raconte qu'il avait trouvé le point où le ciel et la Terre se touchent")

I thought of something with a positive spin - "Enlightenment over Dogma"
Kind regards,

And I've half a mind to change my avatar pic to something like this (although the coloring used portrays "this" world as being more colorful than "the one beyond", which is probably the opposite of the truth!):

Love those colors, Johnny! 🤩

My own suggestion for a title for this picture is either "The Clockwork Universe" or "What the Universe would look like if it was the Truman Show".

I know, the Truman Show name is too long. I like it, all the same.

The only way I can think to visualize a next dimension is to look at a tilted mirror and see it's reflection in 3 dimensions. :?:

Might need to use my red/blue glasses.

The Discoverer, because Daniel Boorstein used the image for the cover of his book "The Discoverers".

“Twenty-First Century Regression,” unfortunately.

I once met someone who actually believed that scientists had actually accidentally punched through the actual literal firmament, and water started pouring through. He had caught my attention because he was pointing at Jupiter and telling his partner that it was the north star.
