bubble popping

by ta152h0 » Thu Nov 10, 2005 9:46 pm

My guess is the bubble has no viscosity, other than the gravitational mat between the " Molecules " and they are all moving in formation until this gravitation becomes feeble. My dollars worth ( I said more than two cents worth )

Been done.
Being done.
Will continue to be done.

As these are driven by pressure caused by the explosion of the host star, I would imagine that they would dissipate over time much like the ripples of a rock in a pond do. I wonder if radio waves diminish over time and space? It might be interesting to send a probe out with an ear toward earth and have it record and send back what it picks up. just to see how far our unintentional signals actually reach (with any clarity)

Could the bubble eventually dissolve or collapse; depending on the life of the star??

You will hear a slight "pop".

That is your ear drum rupturing from the burning radiation as the rest of you crumbles to dust. :(

Sorry, just a guess at what it may be like?!?!

Maybe I have an overactive imagination; but, it almost looks like an egg ready to hatch. What happens if the bubble breaks?

I want to fly thru space with my "anti-dark matter " shield up and running. Too bad time doesn't have mass, I'd turn myself into time.

So it is a favorite; yes, but the observation of the reflection belongs here.

I couldn't resist; I made this my Desktop item. What an awesome view. It looks like the bubble has actual substance. It even looks like a reflection on the right of the bubble.
