Hmm... If you put a little hat on it to cover the eyes, it would become a white feathered version of cousin itt, from the adams family, 'hoo' was small, wore a little hat, and was completely covered with hair, so all you could see was a hat and hair.

Here is an extremely rare photo of owlice in her Owl Armor giving Chuck Norris some instruction in the finer points of the art of night-fighting.

I only swear at my computer and a couple of other things around the house. Besides, you're not exposed. You're well covered in your Owl Armor :!: :owl:

You can even see the leading edge feathers that allow for silent flight moving around. And look at those talons!! Ouch :!: :!:

I heard some owls hooting the other night!

Owls? Hooting, you ask? Not really that uncommon, I realize. I grew up not far from where I live now; I heard them all the time, talking - that is, hooting it up. I was always fascinated by them; one set of 'hoots' would be acknowledged by another, more distant set - usually at a slightly different pitch. Anyway, for what ever reason, I've just not heard any owl conversations since we moved in a few years back. My owltastic moment occurred around 10:30 as I was leaving for work. The hooting brightened my otherwise "somber, tired, on-my-way-to-the-salt mines" mood.

Thankfully, I think the hat is digitally added to the owl. So cute without actually having to hassle the owl.

Googling "cute owl" has its rewards, including images of owl cupcakes, and videos of how to make them. Which I'm very tempted to do, though it would require being alone with a package of Oreo cookies (never a good idea for me).
