Interesting 60 Minutes video: http://www.cbsnews.com/video/watch/?id=4586903n

Sad and frustrating but not really surprising. We know that computer equipment is filled with a variety of toxic materials and that computers are being produced at an ever increasing rate.

We also know that if there is a way for people to exploit others for profit, it will happen.

We also know that if a company can convince its customers that it is acting more "greenly" than it actually is - while making profit on the side - it will certainly do so.

I am always concerned about recycling-related issues. The fact that I am trying to enter the IT field makes it seem, to me, even more pertinent.
