kapow!!!

Post by orin stepanek » Sat Dec 19, 2020 1:43 am

Just now we heard a loud bang! Scared the dickens out of my little dog! Sounded like a m-160 at least! Not used to that in our neighborhood!

A couple of years ago we had a series of bangs around here (maybe fewer than there really were as people became tuned in to odd noises). I even found one of them on a seismometer recording 30 miles away. Eventually traced to some nutter in cabin who liked setting off the occasional stick of dynamite.

Don't you have to have a reason or permit to set off dynamite?

Well. What part of "nutter" was unclear?
