Tonight the full moon will look at it's biggest during 2008. Unaware of that I have photographed it last night and on the 8th. pictures were taken using a MEADE 16" LX-200R and a MEADE DSI III pro CCD camera. some 100 1.4 mega-pixel shots were stitched using "AutoStitch" to create tow wonderful panoramic views of the moon. thees pictures are just at 75% of the full data, and still it is as if you took a 24MP camera and a 4,064 mm lense . pictures were taken at the Ilan Ramon youth physics center located in Ben Gurion University of the Negev Israel. http://ilanramon.bgu.ac.il
