Please help me figure out what this APOD picture is

I saved it as a wallpaper but want to know what nebula, etc. it is. Can anyone help? Thanks.

Pretty sure I got it from the Facebook group "Sky" that features APOD photos, but also others.

It is the Carina nebula. Famous star Eta Carina is in there.
