So which "island universe" is the coolest, the one whose galactic beauty is cubed or the one which is firing background galaxies from its bar?

So which galaxy is the coolest, the nameless three-armed galaxy behind M101 or NGC 986 which appears to fire a string of background galaxies from its bar?
