The Pillow Nebula is a perfect name, leave it as it is...

Interesting, Google's best guess of the image is "Atmosphere"!

It is a brilliant learning opportunity, I think it should be called the Open Book Nebula.

May I suggest the Brain Nebula? Or something similar like the Cranium Nebula?

Is there a chrysalis nebula? This reminds me very much of those left on our oak trees. I suggest Chrysalis - I believe we already have a Butterfly Nebula....

Pillow Nebula I think is good, and I would further suggest for consideration "The Big Pillow Nebula" that is a bit more catchy for evolving young astronomers, lay public, and the media folk because it provides a a better "word picture" in our minds. The Big Pillow Nebula, I can see it even as I write this to APOD.

Zygote Nebula, because it looks like the first cell division. Although I must say I rather like the name Pillow Nebula too.

One of my students suggests that it be called the Starfish Nebula. He made this comment before knowing the guessing game was about to come...

It looks like two roses to me, one behind the other. So how about the "Two Rose" (or "Double Rose") Nebula?
