Wow. That's a neat idea. I just picked up a copy of Alan Bean's book "Apollo - An eyewitness account by Astronaut / Explorer / Artist / Moonwalker Alan Bean" at our local library during one of their yearly book sales. Copyrighthed 1998.
It has lots of the picture from his site (maybe all of them?).
It also has info on his take on what was going on or people were thinking related to the picture he'd drawn.
