Remotely possible, but exceedingly unlikely. The results came from a single experiment that couldn't be replicated. That's generally been the case. To date, there is no device that repeatedly shows it can produce a force greater than the error bars.

It is not rocket thruster. I found some articles.

So, all engineers from Dresden University in Germany did not find any value of the thrust. The thrust is equal 0 Newton.
Or it is very small value. This construction is not for real rocket engine.
