What an idea this is (IMO)

If enough of these could get built it would be a cure for global warming as far as low lying countries in danger of flooding are concerened. But it probably won't become a reality.
However, as far as engineering and amazingness is concerened, this is one of the few things I've seen in a while thats made me feel a slight bit of awe. I wanna live there if I'm honest.
