Full Hunter's Moon over Tyn Church in Prague
Copyrights: David Tschorn
I would like to submit another of my moon images from Prague, this is of yesterday's full moon, shortly after sunset, rising over the illuminated Tyn Church in the Old Town. Right in time for Halloween! One of my favorite angles to watch the moonrise from:

A very young star cluster, which generated a beautiful reflection nebula in the surrounding molecular cloud. It also contains a few Herbig-Haro objects - the birthplace of newly developping stars.

Belt of Venus or Anti-Twilight Arch (Shadow of the Earth)
In Arizona the sunsets are so beautiful they can at times actually stretch 360° of red - horizon to horizon. As the sun continues to set in the west the red on the eastern horizon rises and is replaced by an intense blue sky. The line between the red and blue in the west follows the sun in an horizontal line with some diffraction of course. A true wonder to behold as you watch the shadow of the earth prove earth's roundness.

Egg Nebula

Significantly different view of the Egg Nebula that I'm pretty happy with.

Just call me "geck" because "zilla" is like a last name.
