One Day Past 2019 Opposition of Jupiter

I planned last night out from week ago, the weather opened up a hole, so i went for it, Jupiter, one day past opposition ,with Ganymede/Io crossing then the GRS after. Universal,Orlando,FL,USA, June 11/12th, 2019 8 inch Scope, CGEM Mount, CanonT3i. 3 Hours at 5 minutes per capture, 30 total. AVS 7.2,Registax6,and Gimp 2.1 processed. , Question, How do i go about uploading a 4mb ,6 second long avi?
