he have messed up with his account and can no longer use it. he is now known as Empeda2. he had explained this in his thread in Cafe, but you know it is no longer safe to post anything in Cafe

Yes, I remember him asking for help, but did the poster ever get any help? As you said, that thread was deleted, then so too his plea for help?
That the poster hasn't posted since then, seems to indicate they may have been afronted some how? Seems likely, concidering such treatment.

Forgive this newbee question. How does the Cafe differ from what's happening here and is "dangerous" a reference to having threads deleted or is something else going on there?

Maybe the admins just didn't realize what a very big responsibility they have toward their posters? It is after all, just about information.

posters did not hire admins, did we? it is their board, not ours. just because there is that "community" label on this page, it doesn't make it our property. we are not important here.
