Someone mentioned the magnetic +/- of our poles - the geologist in the house reminded me that the poles "flip" over geologic time.

This image reminds me of what Carl Sagan said many years ago - "We are made of starstuff.”

The image is so sharp, I almost expected to see the little swirls of clouds move!

Our slow bandwidth can't handle the streaming video, but once in a while we do get a beautiful (and literally moving) image.
