If you had more specific details such as where in the sky it was and your geographical position then someone might be able to pinpoint it. To me it looks like a rocket fuel dump.

Location :Mauritius Island in the indian OCean

Time : 9p.m 29 sep

it was looking like a moving satellite but with lighted cloud .
